Mountain Bike Park Haute Roya, Tende
A bike park with marked cross country, enduro and downhill trails
Situated on the France/Italy border, on the edge of the Mercantour National Park, you will find this dedicated mountain bike park with paths, trails and single track that will bring you to an area with fantastic panoramic views, lush forest and woodland.
The French Cycling Federation have waymarked the trails here and they are graded for bikers from very easy, to easy, difficult and very difficult, depending one the terrain, the length and technical aspects of the circuits. They are all available to look at online or on the maps provided at the bike park.
Who should go
This is a good destination for all ages and abilities as there are a real variety of trails from 4km easy circuits to the more technical 79km circuit for more experienced enduro riders.
Directions
To the north east of Nice and Monaco and the very east of the Provence and Alpes-Maritimes region, Tende is situated in the Parc National de Mercantour. Easily accessible by road or buy train from Côte d'Azur.
